- MBA in Marketing with 10 – 12 years of experience on the senior role preferably FMCG.
- Must have managed strong brands preferably in the personal care industry
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, logistical thinking, willing work in the pressure.
- Required proficiency with desktop applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel.
- Desire to learn and grow in position.

| Job Responsibilities |
- Fully responsible for marketing affairs, including marketing strategies, media and marketing planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Successfully recapturing market share from competitors.
- Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
- Tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
- Understand and manage dept budget/expense.
- Benchmark and understand market best practices
- Represent the organization as a progressive leader in the industry in order to capitalize the company position, image and revenue potential
