- A Legal professional with 5 – 8 years of experience with 3 years preferably in the corporate sector.
- Candidate should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must have grip in cross cultural legal reportings.

| Job Responsibilities |
- The candidate will be involved in policy implementation and interpretation and risk management related work.
- Drafting, vetting of various agreements (including services, procurement, distribution, leases financial facilities etc.).
- Candidly weigh and assess risks of various courses of action to ensure compliance with legal mandates.
- Relationship with external lawyers and appearance in the Court. Streamline/maintain database and records.
