| Professional Qualification / Experience |
- MBA with 12+ years experience in a brand focused FMCG company in a marketing/sales/business development position, preferably on a senior role
- Experience in Dairy Milk Products can be an added advantage
- Experience leading companies towards more brand focused strategies.
- Emerging market FMCG Experience preferred
- Experience of managing a diverse product portfolio in the FMCG arena.
- Experience in a range of Group functions, including sales,marketing and brand management

| Job Responsibilities |
- Define the Group's overall commercial strategy, with a strong focus on brand management, category selection, innovation and advertising strategy.
- Support the annual budgeting process, collecting and relaying relevant information from group companies and setting sales targets for brands, product lines and regions.
- Play an active role in evaluating and integrating new businesses into the group, focusing on brand portfolio rationalization, distribution optimization and market research on new markets.
- Oversee market research
- Ensure that group companies are adhering to the Group 's strategy
