- Stability and compatibility studies with new primary packaging system.
- To finalize the specifications for new packaging material.
- Maintaining quality standards for incoming materials, ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps & taking corrective action.
- To carry out continuous improvement in the existing packaging material based on the feedback from the plant/ analysis of market complaints.
- To carry out vendor assessment for quality system check, make necessary improvement at their end, make prototype samples for trial purpose.
- Specification of packaging material to be made and periodically updated for the approved packaging material.
- To develop vendors as per new amendment and development in packing material
- To planning the people for inspection and QC approval and rejection.
- To inspection all packing material and given approval and rejection accordingly.
